Krujë is great place to visit and to introduce with Albania Culture and great history. You will visit it’s famous castle and stroll through its enchanting medieval bazaar.

Pick up your hotel in Tirana.  From the Albanian capital, we will head north to the town of Krujë, just one hour away. 
After arrival we start with walking tour towards the Bazaar, located on the main road leading to the Castel of Kruja.  The Kruja Bazaar is famous for being one of the oldest in Albania. The construction of the beautiful and fascinating marketplace of Kruja dates back over 400 years and was the starting point of free trade among the city’s most established merchants. Its most popular items are kilim (carpets) and the qeleshe (the traditional hat), although you can buy almost anything. 

 Proceed to the fortress through the main gate and inside it we will visit the Skanderbeg Museum. 

 The National Museum dedicated to the hero is housed in the famous Kruja Castle and shows both the legendary hero’s history and the traditional way of life of the city’s population. Inside this impressive building, we will admire a collection of unique artifacts that transport us back to the 15th century. The museum itself was inaugurated in 1981. Within the walls of the castle are also the Ethnographic Museum and the Dollma Tekke.
